Roll Forming Machine

Roll forming refers to a metal forming process roll forming machine in which metal is denatured under pressure by a series of specially shaped rolls. When passing through these rolls, the metal is deformed into a predetermined shape to achieve the purpose of roll forming. The shape of the roll forming includes a roll angle, a rolled tube, a rolled C-shaped steel, and a rolled U-shaped steel. Many materials of the roll forming line can be used for roll forming, including composites, ferrous and aluminum brass alloys, copper alloys, lead, zinc and tin. Roll forming is primarily used to machine parts with a continuous cross section.


1. The roll forming machine must use the high number pulse input function, the high number input performance is excellent, and the AB phase has strong anti-interference ability. And the roll forming line use the fixed value interrupt function to ensure accuracy.

2. The testing part of the rolling forming machine includes: pulse encoder for detecting length, upper and lower stroke switch for pressing type, up and down stroke switch for cutting knife, up and down operation button for pressing type, up and down stroke button of cutting knife, emergency stop switch, hydraulic start and stop Switch and so on.

3. The roll forming machine performs part of the inverter drive motor, the hydraulic station motor, the two hydraulic solenoid valves of the press type, and the two hydraulic solenoid valves of the cutter.

4. The PLC has 14 inputs / 10 relay outputs, just to meet the input and output requirements. Roll forming line with the KDN text screen, you can complete parameter settings, alarm display, help information, production data display, and more.
