膠片隔離劑YT-S933是一種粉狀膠片隔離劑，它能防止末硫化及混煉膠片在儲存中的粘連，是由天然無機物和活性劑等組成。對不同的軟性和粘性的膠片都有很好的潤濕隔離性。在橡膠硫化時能很好的溶入橡膠中，不會影響膠料的物性及其他性能特征。
應用領域
膠片隔離劑YT-S933推薦使用濃度依膠料粘度不同，兌水比例為1:30~1:45，由生產車間氣溫及橡膠的組成和混膠的邵氏硬度決定。先將溶化池中放入所需要求量的清水，再將本品加入池中攪拌。經過攪拌所有物料溶化后正常操作。通常在夏天和一些易粘膠應使用高濃度；反之，則使用低濃度。本品在混煉膠片表面形成一層彈性薄膜，起到很好的隔離效果，使膠片不粘連。因而可避免后道工序操作的麻煩，提高工作效率。使用過程中本品在設備表面有輕微的軟性沉積，很容易除去，有防腐性能。該產品在水中分散時不會產生泡沫。

包裝和儲存

Rubber Film release agent YT-S933（Dusting agent）
Product introduction:
YT-S933 is a kind of powder form film separant. It can prevent the adhesive of unvulcanized rubber and mixed film in storage. It is composed of natural inorganic substances and active agents with good wettability and isolation for different soft and viscous rubber films. It can be dissolved well in rubber during vulcanization without any effect on physical and other properties of rubber compound.
Application
Rubber film separant YT-S933 uses different concentration according to the viscosity of the rubber compound, water ratio of 1:30 to 1:45, depending on the temperature of production workshop, composition of rubber and the Shore hardness of the mixture. First put required amount of water into the dissolution tank, then add the product into the tank and stir. After stirring all materials to dissolve, the operation is normal. Usually high concentration should be used in summer and low concentration should be used in winter. This product forms a thin layer of elastic film on the surface of the mixed film, which has a good isolation effect and keeps the film from sticking. Therefore, it can avoid the trouble of back-end production operation and improve work efficiency. During usage, the product has slight soft deposition on the surface of the equipment. It is easy to remove with anti-corrosion performance. The product does not produce foam when dispersed in water.
